OSA’s Career Counselling and Mentorship Programme helps young Sindhi students navigate life after education.
Through this initiative, qualified professionals from the Sindhi diaspora — doctors, engineers, entrepreneurs, and educators — volunteer to mentor students.
They guide them in choosing the right career paths, applying for scholarships, writing CVs, and preparing for interviews.
This mentorship not only gives direction but also builds self-belief among students who dream of higher education or international exposure.
OSA plans to establish virtual mentorship circles using online sessions, where mentors can connect with multiple students, track progress, and offer continuous guidance throughout the academic year.
